Terms and Conditions

Your guide must accompany you at all times. No shooting/hunting from vehicles allowed.
No alcohol may be given to staff before the end of the hunt.
You may only hunt from dawn to dusk. No hunting at night allowed.
You must ensure the gender, size and type of animal you are hunting yourself.
We have an arrangement with our guides that all bribes they receive we will double, it works!
Your accommodation tariff is to be paid in full for the reserved period of your stay. This includes hunters and non-hunters.
Full hunting price will be charged for any wounded animals.
All firearms may only be used on the shooting range, no shots may be fired in and round the camp.
The shooting range may only be used for a couple of practice rounds and not as a practice range.
No pets allowed.
Hunters are seen as hunters for the entire stay.
No birds may be shot (unless arranged). Caracal and Jackal must be shot.
If a deposit has been paid, this will be forfeited if a cancellation is made 20 days or less from your date of arrival.
Day tariffs include: Accommodation in our game lodge, use of main lapa.
Bathroom towels and linen are supplied in all rondavels.
Vehicle, trackers and hunting guides.
You are responsible for your own food and drinks.
Bring your own packaging material for packing of any meat.
Leeudrift Game farm accepts no responsibility for any illness, accident of injury of any kind or any cost accruing thereafter.
